Return Policy

Customers are requested to check the product immediately at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel. If the customer is not satisfied with the product quality, the item may be returned instantly. In such cases, only the delivery charge will be deducted; the product price will be refunded accordingly.

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. If any damage or defect is found in the product and is visible in the video, the item will be eligible for exchange.
Please note: Without proper video proof, exchange requests will not be accepted. For approved exchanges, no additional delivery charge will be applied.
